Jared is a Chartered Financial Consultant® and second-generation financial planner. His father Rick Weinerman is a 45-year veteran of Osaic Wealth (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors), ASA’s Registered Investment Advisor.

Jared is a 2012 graduate from the University of Michigan. Following graduation, Jared moved to Chicago and worked as a consultant in the tech industry. Having grown up in the financial planning industry, Jared missed the unique feeling of connection that comes from a family enterprise. So in 2018, Jared joined Osaic Wealth (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors) to “learn the family business”.

Growing up, Jared saw the unique challenges that his father’s clients – all closely held business owners faced, particularly in the area of business succession planning, and came to understand the importance of having a solid succession plan in place.

Embracing Midwestern values, Jared appreciates the importance of family businesses in general, and the importance of family farms to our nation’s food security.  He currently lives in Bloomfield Hills, MI with his wife Amy and daughter Riley, and with his father, he works with family businesses and farms across the country.
